Season Series for 10 – 13 Year Olds
RELEASE 29th APRIL 2019
20 Netball Training Sessions fully planned out, in detail, ready for you to coach your team’s season with confidence. For novice and experienced netball coaches, coaching 10 – 13 year old netballers. As well as the training sessions there’s insight from Gillian Lee about her thoughts going into the design of each session and how to coach it.
Each training session has activities catering for 60 – 90 minutes time slots. Each activity has set-up, diagram, description, coaching points, variations and progressions. You can also just use individual training sessions to focus on specific skills and inject variety.
A key benefit for coaches is that training sessions all maximise player activity time through a streamlined sequence of activities.
Developed by Gillian Lee, based on 1000’s of hours of coaching juniors and delivering netball coach development programs worldwide.
Note: Similar to Coaching Manual 2 in concept with a season of training sessions. However, this manual includes broader and more detailed activities & tactics, Gillian Lee’s thoughts on each sessions development and most importantly information on how to improve and focus your coaching efforts.
